jQuery jAM is an educational initiative coordinated through Boston PHP Meetup. It began life in September 2011 as a virtual self-study group designed to help members learn new technology skills.

jQuery jAM, Season 3 began on Sunday, April 21, 2013. The focus of Season 3 is learning JavaScript and jQuery from the ground up. The textbook we are using is JavaScript & jQuery: The Missing Manual.

This website is being developed as a value-added resource for Web designers and developers interested in achieving proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery and jQuery Mobile technologies.

To stay informed simply become a member of Boston PHP Meetup. The group is free to join and the training is virtual, so you don't need to live in the Boston area to participate. Our Twitter and Facebook feeds will also keep you posted on upcoming virtual training activities.
